I really wanted to do something diffrent with this self portrait. I thought about it for a long time. I thought about how i really did not want to take a traditonal approach to the self portrait. I have been realy craving to draw which is traditonal. I came up with using my DD214 and layering that with injuries that I sustaind in the military. This is more of a protrait of who i was and not who I am now it represents my past. In the end my past reflects my present and my future.
